This app is quite amazing especially since its free. It reminds you both to turn on and off. It is easy to add expenses other than miles. I dare the IRS to mess with me!
Great easy to use and track miles , i can see already a good refund on my taxes
A great app for ride-share drivers ! Super convenient, and a must have if youre driving more than 1 day per week for income.
They should make the app a little more intuitive in order to manage better past transactions. Having to select each transaction one by one can be a drag. Also, it dont seem to recognize a second account linked. Maybe have a way to see separate transactions from different accounts. This my be a stretch but have it linked up with ride-sharing apps for its on automatically when you are online will make the whole experience reach ecstasy.
Very easy to use documents everything. Taught me a lot about tax reductions and how they work. Cant wait for EOY savings total! If you dont use this your missing out terribly.
First timing writing a review because this app is literally going to give me the biggest tax return I have ever gotten.
Some bad moments
At least give us the option to have the app only use location when app is in use!!!! It drains the battery having it run in the background all the time
It only gives you two options when it comes to miles. One, you have the location services turned on. Or two, enter the total miles traveled later with an explanation.
I do not want to use the gps to track my miles. What is wrong with entering the miles manually? Like entering the starting odometer reading at the beginning of the day, saving it, and later the ending odometer reading and for the app to calculate the miles? How hard could that be?
They also claim that you dont need to save your receipts. That might be true for gas and some of the other expenses, but you do have to for other expenses. Such as food, goodies for passengers, music, and so on. This app lacks the ability to take pictures of receipts. If you get audited and dont have the receipts, yup, you are screwed.
It also lacks the ability to log income and to give you good charts illustrating income vs expenses.
And the last thing I can think of right now. I dont see in settings the ability to back up the data and synchronize devices through the iCloud, or Box, or any other similar free services. If for whatever reason all the data gets lost from your phone or tablet, you are screwed. You might as well buy a paper log from office depot.
The app is great, Im glade that I heard about this. I will recommend this!

This is one of the most valuable tools I have found since becoming a
rideshare driver. It answers all my questions and gives me an idea of my
p&l on a daily basis. Couple that with the fact that I got my ObamaCare
through this app, it is a true winner. Thank you for that!
So far 3 weeks in and I really like the app. I wish it had a spot that I could record actual miles. Instead I add in to my description line....
